1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TEDxOsmaniaU website (tedxosmaniau.com) and purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or attend our events.

2. Event Tickets

Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from TEDxOsmaniaU. All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

Ticket holders must present valid identification and their ticket (physical or digital) for entry to the event.

3. Event Conduct

Attendees are expected to:

• Respect all speakers, staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees
• Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
• Refrain from disruptive behavior or harassment of any kind
• Not record or photograph speakers without explicit permission

TEDxOsmaniaU reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these conduct guidelines without refund.

4. Photography and Recording

By attending our event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes across TEDxOsmaniaU digital platforms and marketing materials.

5. Liability

TEDxOsmaniaU and Osmania University are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Changes to Event

We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice. In case of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified via email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and talks, are the property of TEDxOsmaniaU or respective speakers and are protected by copyright laws.
